PATIENT’S RIGHTS

  1. Receive information about the code of conduct that applies in the hospital
  2. Receive information about the rights and obligations of patients
  3. Receive services that are humane, fair, honest and free from any discrimination
  4. Receive high quality medical care in line with profession standards and operational procedure standards
  5. Receive efficient and effective services to avoid financial or physical loss
  6. Submit any complaints regarding the quality of our services
  7. Choose a doctor and treatment class as they demand and in accordance with the hospital’s rules
  8. Seek consultation regarding their illness to other doctors that possess a License to Practice (SIP) inside or outside the hospital
  9. Obtain privacy and secrecy regarding their illness including the medical data
  10. Obtain information regarding diagnose and medical procedures, purpose of medical action, alternative action, risks, possible complication, prognosis of the medical action, and cost estimation of the treatment
  11. Give approval or refusal for any purposed treatment conducted by medical staff for the patient’s illness
  12. Be accompanied by his/her family during critical state
  13. Perform prayers in accordance with their respective beliefs and religions as long it does not disturb other patients
  14. Ensure their own security and safety during their time in the hospital
  15. Offer any proposals, suggestions, and improvements regarding the hospital’s treatment towards the patient
  16. Refuse any spiritual guidance service that is not suited with his/her current beliefs or religion
  17. Complaint about the hospital’s service that is inconsistent with the service standards through printed or electronic media, in accordance with the law

 

PATIENT’S OBLIGATION

  1. Provide complete and honest information regarding their health problems
  2. Obey any advice and guidance given by doctors
  3. Obey any regulations that applies in the hospital
  4. Provide recompense for the received service
